INTRODUCTION

1.1 Background

We certainly know that promiscuity is a form of deviant behavior, which is "free" in question is past the eastern boundaries of existing norms. Promiscuity is a problem we often hear both within as well as from the media. Teens at the age of 12-15 years are an emotionally unstable individual prone restraint is not controlled by the right. Family problems, disappointment, lack of knowledge, and call friends who mix freely make the less potential for Indonesia's young generation in the nation's progress.

Understanding teens who do not quite understand the irregularities in the free sex free sex especially dangerous. Making teenagers do not think logically about what they should not do. In addition, many negative things that can happen when teens do things that should not be done before the adolescent marriage. However, the assumption that young people now have to say that promiscuity (sex-free) was normal and it is according to their trends. Promiscuity of today's increasingly disturbing with sophisticated technology supports and information to members of things like that should be used for educational facilities, on the one used by teens aged 12-15 years to see things they should not see such videos
or indecent images. Curiosity should be used for the good of being inversely, so the negative impact. From this, it is feared the teens to commit a violation of religious norms and social.

CHAPTER II
THEORY

2.1 Impact of free association

Promiscuity (sex-free) have any impact on the mentality of youth and health. Impact promiscuity (sex-free) in the adolescent mentality is, free sex can undermine morale and morality, why is that, because of the prominence of animal behavior in someone spreading nature of selfishness and indifference properties indefinitely. In addition to affecting the mentality, promiscuity (sex-free) have any impact on adolescent health. Human cases of diseases such as high Immunodeficiany Virus / Acquired Immnune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV / AIDS), especially in the adolescent age group, one of the causes result.  association study in 12 cities in Indonesia, including Denpasar showed 10-31% are unmarried adolescents had sexual intercourse. In the city of Denpasar of 633 Upper Level Secondary School students (high school) who had to sit in class II, 155 people or 23.4% had experience of sexual intercourse. They consisted of men 27% and women 18%. National statistics on HIV / AIDS in Indonesia showed that about 75% of the body affected by the power loss of immunity in adolescence.
Not long ago there was news about the desire of a group of people that legalized abortion, on the pretext of upholding human rights. This occurs because each year an increase in cases of abortion in Indonesia is increasing, as evidenced by the mass media or TV each slide must have revealed cases of abortion. If this happens legalization in Western countries would undermine the order of religion, culture and customs of the nation. Means it has lost moral values and norms that have long been ingrained in society.
If this it will encourage the further promiscuity in society. One does not need to be married to have sex. While pregnancy disclaimer can be solved by abortion. Legalization of abortion is not just reproductive health issues locally Indonesia, but it is one of coercion secular capitalist lifestyle propagated by the UN through the ICDP (International Conference on Population and Development) in 1994 in Cairo Egypt.
Basically, a woman who had an abortion will experience; suffering mentality as loss of self (82%), screaming (51%), repeated nightmares about the baby (63%), suicidal (28%), caught in illegal drugs (41%), and can not enjoy sexual relations (59%). Abortion or abortion means content or intentionally discard the fetus prematurely, (before it can be born naturally). Abortion is divided into two: First, abortion is abortion spontaneus that happens accidentally. cause, weak content, lack of stamina due to excessive activity, wrong diet and poisoning. Second, abortion is induced abortion provocatus. Deliberate intention is that a pregnant woman accidentally abortion / fetus either by yourself or with the help of others because they do not want the presence of the fetus.

Of course, the abortion risk of prolonged suffering to the health or safety of a woman's life. It is not true that a person who had an abortion she did not feel anything and can go home immediately. This is very misleading information for every woman, especially those who are confused because they do not want a pregnancy that has already happened. Health risks for women who have abortions risk the health and safety of physical and psychological disorders.
And in the book "Facts of Life" written by Brian Clowes, PhD; physical health and safety risks that will be faced by a woman during an abortion (as do free sex) and after an abortion are:
- Sudden death due to bleeding.
- Sudden death due to anesthesia failed.
- Death is slow due to a serious infection around the womb.
- A torn uterus (Uterine Perforation).
- Damage to the cervix (Cervical Lacerations) which will cause subsequent disability in children.
- Breast cancer (due to an imbalance of estrogen in women),
- Ovarian cancer (Ovarian Cancer).
- Cancer of the cervix (Cervical Cancer).
- Liver cancer (Liver Cancer).
- Abnormalities in placental / umbilical cord (Placenta Previa) which will cause subsequent disability in children and severe bleeding during pregnancy.
- Being sterile / not able to have children again (ectopic Pregnancy).
- Pelvic infection (pelvic inflammatory disease).
- Infection of the lining of the uterus (endometriosis)

2.2 Hypothesis
In the opinion of the authors that promiscuity (sex free) poses many dangers negative than positive danger to the mentality and adolescent health at the age of 12-15 years.

2.3 The term
- Human Immunodeficiany Virus / Acquired Immnune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV / AIDS)

- Abortion is abortion spontaneus happened by accident

All that the impact of promiscuity (sex free) committed by teens before the actual time in which the adolescent can do it the right way. And the impact of promiscuity (sex-free) on health is HIV / AIDS (the most dominant and most dangerous), would have certainly been the impact of the disease is highly lethal because if it is infected by this virus, all descendants (those infected) will suffering from the same virus as well as those who received blood from people who have been infected with HIV / AIDS will also be infected with HIV / AIDS. Apart from HIV / AIDS are other diseases such as venereal diseases, including diseases that can not be underestimated, because the disease attacks the genitals.

CHAPTER V
CLOSING

5.1 Conclusions
Free association (free sex) has a lot of negative rather than positive effects for adolescents. In addition it has a lot of casualties caused by promiscuity (sex-free) such as infection by the HIV / AIDS is a terrible disease and until now there is no cure for people who are already infected with the disease. And although  other diseases that may be a better cure for preventing youth before its too late.
