Developments in technology today, is very fast and advanced, one of them is computer technology. Computers at the present time is not foreign goods more expensive and, at present almost all fields require a computer as a tool, because it has the advantages in terms of speed and accuracy. For example, in health, engineering, civil, banking, science, business either by governmental or private. Where now evolving computer network technology, where people can communicate using a computer, which is not only in one room, but could include intercontinental, namely the Internet. So to say the computer has entered all aspects of our lives.
In connection with the above, the use of computers in the field of educational administration gave benefit enormous, both in accuracy and volume of work handled. Thus, in the presentation of the report and the information needed to obtain accurate and complete quickly without having to go through the registration process repeated. Here are some advantages if administration educational process using a computer system as a tool to process:
1. Speed. The computer system can produce information more quickly than the manual system, because the computer can carry out the work at the same high speed.
2. Volume results. As a result of the rapid progress, the volume of transactions that can be processed much more numerous, and the volume of results that can be obtained is also growing.
3. Prevention mistake. Computer accuracy level, much higher than the accuracy of humans. Therefore the use of the computer will very much reduce errors. Besides the computer system is also equipped with a variety of ways to prevent mistakes.
4. Automated report preparation. In education system with the computer, reports done automatically. Computers can make the process of preparation of the data value of students, instructors, scheduling, package and Presence, etc..
5. Printing reports automatically. The computer system can print a variety of reports that are used within the company, such as Certificates, Presence, packages etc..
1.2 Background Issues
Institute of Computer Education "MEDIATAMA Informatics Computer" using a computer-based information system that is still very simple. Initially implemented information system is still able to handle the administration of education well and do not experience significant difficulties due to the number of course participants is not too much.
But along with the development that has occurred with the increasing number of applicants for a course at the Institute of Computer Education. So busy-busy in educational administration at these institutions is increasing and is getting to be a problem for the company.
This problem makes the manager of Computer Education Institute "MIC" feel the need to computerize the Educational Administration Information System that can fix the old system, because the old administration system that takes a fairly long cycle and a long time also often has an error- errors and can no longer to address the challenges that exist along with the rapid development, the completion and the answer is the manufacture of Education Administration Information Systems is one of the new need very urgent.
Besides these problems, the company also faces constraints are such as : The participants can take a lot of the course package. One instructor can teach many courses package, one class can be used to learn a lot of the course package. With the limitations that the instructor maximum of 2 classes in one day and a maximum of four classes only shift course, if the number of course participants the greater the need also exists for this special handling.
1.3 Limitation Problem
Based on a survey of the problems faced by the company, then reformulated problems can be summarized as follows:
¨ Addressing issues surrounding the registration of course participants
¨ Addressing issues surrounding the administration of the value of the course participants
¨ Provide facilities to the students that an award or certificate as a token of graduation
¨ Handle surrounding the scheduling list of packages offered and the room will be used for the teaching-learning process
¨ Provide Information Instructor of reports, packages offered and presence.

Field studies include:
1. Interview with Vampire
2. Quesioner
3. Observation.
1.6 The purpose Job Training
For Students
· Implement all science dealing with the database, which has been acquired over the years, by creating a computer-based information systems.
· Develop a systematic and structured information so that applications made really bermamfaat for the company.
For the Company
· Assist the company in the manufacture of computer-based information systems in a systematic, focused and complete and more efficient work in the company.
Fixing the old system.

Scientific Writing is written and published a report describing the results of research or studies that have been done by a person or a team to meet the rules and ethics of science that confirmed and adhered to by the scientific community.
There are many different types of scientific work, including research reports, conference papers or symposia, and journal articles that essentially all of which is a product of the activities of scientists. The data, conclusions, and other information contained in these papers as a reference for other scientists to carry out research or further assessment.
In college, especially S1, students are trained to produce scientific papers such as term papers, lab reports, and thesis (final). Thesis is generally a small-scale research reports, but done quite profound. Meanwhile, the papers are assigned to students over a student scientific reasoning and conclusions based on a review of scientific papers written by experts in the field of the problem being studied. The preparation of practical reports assigned to students as a vehicle to develop the ability to formulate a research report.
