UPLIFTING OF SKILL SPEAKS TO READ STUDENT OF CLASS X1 SMA 2 GERUNG COUNTRY PASSES MODEL OF STUDY PBL TECHNIQUE TELLS

curriculum based on competence (KBK) is concept of curriculum that emphasized in development of ability does (competence) duties standardly performance certain, so that the result can be feeled by entrant educate, shaped mastery towards set of certain competence. thereby, implementation of curriculum can to grow responsibility and participation of entrant educates to learn to evaluate and influence wisdom of general (public policy), with embolden self impersonates with in so many activity, either in also at society.
Teacher as fasilitator such as those which supposed by KBK be demanded to can regulate, aim and creat atmosphere of school activity conducsive so that can achieve aim of education as supposed kbk. for the reason, teacher is demanded also to be more professional, innovative, perspective  and mobile pros in carries out task of study.
english as international language caracter part of vital importance. besides used as media to communicating also use to dominate technology the development demands us to study it deeper. study of english must include 4 crafts speak that is: read (reading), scrutinize (listening), speak (speaking),  and write (writing) inwroughtly. read one of [the] craft speak that must be dominated student to realize contents a word.


B. Identification of problem

Study conventionally (teacher centered situation) can not invite student to impersonate mobile in activity of study, supposed can achieve aim of study easily. therefore, teacher should change activity of study be modern (students centered situation) that can increase interest of student to learn to find self, cooperate and to communication result learn it with make student more mobile and co-operative.
read (reading) one of craft from 4 crafts speak that must be dominated in instruction of english. but that insides when given activity read text and student is asked to realize contents of text passes questions that submitted by teacher very far from supposed. this matter is caused by several because among others; (1) text that given text of english that be language of foreign in indonesia, so that comprehension of student words (vocabulary mastery) that is used to detect contents of reading very far from supposed. (2) because vocabulary mastery in student very minimum make student can not directly informations both for also between the line insides reading. (3) with only read text of student doesn't felt glad as aim in activity reads.
There are some matter that in student connection with 3 reasons; student doesn't read text as a whole, student doesn't want to try to look for meaning insides dictionary, student doesn't answer good question hits information of also epistle correctly but they take only with pairs sentence same without realize the purpose. if this matter is let dissolve so worry willing of student to increase ability of mastery of vocabulary (vocabulary mastery) will decrease and may be lost, student doesn't want out for find existing information insides reading, agreement deliver group can not maximal because activity that done student doesn't motivating student to finish together with glad taste, condition of class teacher-centered make communication insides class very inactive and make afraid student or shy ask about troubleshoot solves insides activity reads. this matter also have an in with to approach in student to always like to learn.
Phenomenons can be seen from observation that done by researcher with friend of collaborator at the (time) of pre cycle that make basement for researcher to carry out cycles next to achieve aim of study. description of result of activity pre cycle:

C. Research question
Troubleshoot of that in study of english difficulty of student to impersonate mobile in activity of study, especially in achievement of craft speaks to read.
as to formulation of the problem:
1. how does activity of student in study of english pass model pbl by using technique tell?
2. how does result of achievement of craft speak to read to pass model pbl by using technique tell?

D. Aim of watchfulness
This watchfulness is carried out to achieve aim as follows:
1. description of activity of student in achievement of craft speaks to read in study of english passes model pbl by using technique tells.
2. description of result of achievement of craft speaks to read to pass model pbl by using technique tells


E. Benefit of watchfulness
Result of this watchfulness will give benefit especially for teacher to:
1. give inspiration of activity of fun that can be done in study of english.
2. prove achievement of craft speak to read that reachable with technique tell.
3. increase activities   study of  english.
